Sell your Wayfair gift card for cash
We buy Wayfair gift cards at 80% of the balance — $10 to $2,000 per card, paid by PayPal or Cash App within 24 hours.
Wayfair is online-only, which removes the geography problem that strands most furniture credit and replaces it with a different one: you cannot see the thing before you buy it. Furniture bought on a screen is a bigger leap than furniture you have sat on, and that hesitation is where Wayfair balances stall.
The redemption mechanics also work against casual use. A redeemed Wayfair gift card becomes an account balance that applies at checkout, so once it is on the account it is committed to Wayfair. An unredeemed card is the portable version, which is the one worth selling if you are not going to shop there.
Wayfair credit is a popular housewarming and wedding gift for exactly the reason it goes unused — the range is enormous, so the giver does not have to choose, and the recipient is left facing a catalogue with millions of items and no shortlist. Choice paralysis keeps a surprising number of these balances intact.
We pay 80% of the verified balance, flat, on cards from $10 up to $2,000. A $500 card pays $400. Part-used balances are priced the same per dollar as full ones.
Wayfair gift cards do not expire and, once applied, sit as an account balance used automatically at checkout. They cover Wayfair's sibling sites too, including AllModern, Birch Lane, Joss & Main and Perigold, which spans a much wider range of styles and price points than the main site alone suggests.
Check those sibling brands before selling — Perigold in particular is a different proposition entirely. Sell when buying furniture unseen is not something you are willing to do, or when the card was a housewarming gift for a home you have since fully furnished. Credit for a category you have finished buying is credit with nowhere to go.
Wayfair's own sale events — Way Day chief among them — are when the pricing genuinely moves. A card held for one of those buys noticeably more. If you have watched a couple go past without ordering anything, the card is probably not waiting for a better price so much as waiting for a decision you are not going to make.
Wayfair handles gift cards through the account balance area rather than a standalone public checker, so if the card is unredeemed, read the number and PIN from the card or the original email and enter that amount.
We verify before paying anything out. If the confirmed figure differs from what you entered, you see the recalculated offer at the same rate before money moves, and declining costs nothing.
Nothing is final until you submit. You can still back out at review.

How to check your Wayfair balance
Check it on Wayfair's own site before you sell. You will need the full card number and the PIN — usually under a scratch-off strip on the back, or in the confirmation email for a digital card. Enter the balance here exactly as it reads.
