Write to us about anything: a submission that has not moved, a balance that came back different from what you expected, a brand you would like us to start buying, or a question you want answered before you send a card number.
If you are chasing a payment
Include your reference. It starts with UN- and was shown on the confirmation screen; it is also on your dashboard if you made an account. With the reference we can look the submission up immediately. Without it, the first reply is going to be us asking for it.
Never send a card number by email
Not to us, not to anybody. Email is not encrypted end to end and a gift card number is a bearer instrument — whoever reads it first can spend it. Card numbers belong on the sell form, over HTTPS, and nowhere else. We will never ask you for one in a reply.
If a message claims to be from us
We only ever write from an address at unspentcards.com. We will never ask you to pay a fee to release a payment, never ask for your bank login, and never ask you to move a conversation to a messaging app. If any of that happens, it is not us, and we would like to know about it.
